Abstract:   (30 Views)
Introduction: Rural businesses are often part of the informal sector of the economy, but they create a high employment rate and play a significant role in the development of social capital.  The economic dimensions of business in the form of a sustainable development plan for rural systems have been on the agenda in the last decade, but they have not yet had a comprehensive impact on the development of villages and are accompanied by problems in scale during the preparation of the plan because the plan defines small projects that cannot be appropriate to a strategic plan aimed at Sustainable Development. This has reduced the flexibility of schemes with environmental changes and developments and a lack of private sector involvement. The research seeks to mediate between Strategic Planning and architectural projects under the title economic strategies of rural business spaces architecture, relying on the harms and strategies of previous research and its classification from the point of view of experts for the development of Rural Business Architecture.
Background of the research: A group of researchers on the negative effects of the improvement plan... They have researched rural architecture; they consider" avoiding some features of urban housing "and" separating and adapting agricultural and livestock spaces to residential spaces " as a rural business strategy. A group has reported on the relationship between Tourism and rural architecture; in their opinion, " maintaining agricultural land compared to the construction of Villa towns (tourism)" and "reducing scale and sustainable tourism" is the strategy of the village. Some have paid attention to economic factors and their impact on rural architecture; they consider "Indigenous, innovative and hybrid experiences and practices in design and construction" as a strategy for Rural Development. Other specific studies in the field of economic strategies and indicators and... There are solutions such as "reducing the cost of construction and production", "increasing the role of women and rural employment", "increasing agricultural production, livestock and even services". but one of the complexities of the research, the wide variety of business spaces and its interaction with topics such as housing and tourism can be. To separate this activity/ spaces from each other, spatial polarization was carried out. So initially, business space / activity was divided into two categories: business spaces and work spaces. And four types of sales, tourism, breeding and processing spaces were achieved. Then the combination of these varieties with housing and farm was dealt with.  It was limited and divided in two species: Subsistence & tourism housing and the livelihood & tourism farm. In the sales and tourism space, the most important issue is financial risk and economic justification, so having the "potential of the place and attraction of Tourism and paying attention to the will of the audience" was considered as a strategy for the location and architecture of these spaces. To reduce the damage to tourism in the quasi-urbanization of rural housing, "integration of Indigenous - modern style, manner" was considered in the form of "desirability (modern external architecture)" and "comfort (modern internal architecture)", and in the meantime, the target-content table was produced.
Method: Due to its exploration of the Delphi method and its interdisciplinary nature, non-random snowball sampling was used to determine experts from the Iran Universities of Science and Technology, Tehran, Shahid beheshti, kharazmi in the fields of Rural Development and/or architecture, urbanism. Since Delphi studies involve between 10 and 50 people, the sample size advanced to 27 people and reached theoretical saturation.  Target table measurement tool-content and questionnaire it was a 10-piece Likert spectrum. After approval, the Q factor analysis Table was performed on the data and the results were extracted. Data adequacy through the K.M.O and Bartlett test were measured to reach 0.668, which is enough for the test. Then the experts surveyed from each point of view were selected in such a way that at least two experts should be present in each factor and one expert should not be present in the Common season of two factors.
Results and discussion: The three main research perspectives include "hygiene and control of pest penetration in breeding spaces and equipping-renovation and economic development of space", "development of multi-purpose tourism and second activity in rural architecture and separation of main areas to reduce incompatibility" and "attention to the potential of acquisition, sales and tourism for beekeeping development". The attention to rural business strategies makes Indigenous potential and design and value chain subtleties more careful in sustainable rural employment planning with minimal economic cost and social harm.
