| Rural guide plan while focusing on improvement and systematization of the existing rural textures, the plan is primarily designates land use for various development functions including residential, business, and agricultural, and then determines the degree of its expansion. This plan also facilitate for provision of essential public facilities within the rural settlement upgrading plan or regional comprehensive plans. The objective of the plan is for implementation such as paving the passages for rural developments, provision of social facilities and welfare, managing the physical structure of villages and providing the required facilities to upgrade rural houses, public services and living conditions. This article study the effect of guide plan implementation in environmental, social, economical and physical dimensions. |
