fa ارتقای کیفی خانه با عنصر خیرخواهی عمومى General كاربردي Applicable خانه مکان و بستر سکونت انسان است. خانه چیزی فراتر از کالبد است هر چند که در کالبد عینیت یافته است. خانه در عین آن‌که شکل گرفته از نیازها، خواست‌ها و ارزش‌های انسانی است، بر آن تأثیر گذاشته و این تأثیر آنقدر زیاد است که می‌توان گفت خانه نقشی حیاتی در زندگی انسان دارد. توجه به بعد مادی و دور شدن از کیفیت در مساکن، امروز یکی از علتهای مشکلات روحی روانی انسان است که او را از خواست‌ها و نیازهای درونی و ذاتی دور کرده و از خود بیگانه می‌کند. هدف اصلی این مقاله تبیین عناصر ارتقای کیفی خانه است که با همسو کردن وجوه کیفی در راستای عنصر خیرخواهی به این هدف نزدیک می‌شود. در این مقاله فرض بر آن است که ارتقای کیفی خانه با شناخت و به‌کارگیری عنصر خیرخواهی محقق می‌گردد. عنصر خیرخواهی ریشه در فطرت انسان دارد و بیانگر گرایش‌های مقدس انسانی است. تجلی عنصر خیرخواهی در خانه الگوهای ماندگاری را برای خانه متصور می‌سازد که این الگوها فراتر از زمان و مکان بوده و همیشه ارزشمند هستند. این مقاله پس از آشنا نمودن با مفهوم سکونت و عنصر خیرخواهی در پی شناخت وجوه کیفی خانه است که با گذری بر مطالعات انجام گرفته در این زمینه، وجوه کیفی خانه را در پنج وجه اجتماعی، فرهنگی، روانی، معنوی و فیزیکی تبیین نموده است. سپس عنصر خیرخواهی با هریک از وجوه کیفی همسو شده است. در نهایت این مقاله مشخص نموده که در صورتی که وجوه کیفی خانه در راستای عنصر خیر خواهی باشد خانه را به سمت خانه خیر رهنمون ساخته و موجب ارتقای کیفی آن می‌شود. Home is a materialized form of space although its material entity extends beyond spatial dimensions. Aspirations, needs and value systems of the human being are directly affected by the conceptual, non-physical and sometimes humane aspects of homes, which make home a special functional attribute. Home provides a place for sheltering and simultaneously maintains human values. Considering the materialistic aspects of homes without regard to the quality is one of the major causes of emotional and spiritual problems of the contemporary human that segregate home settlers from their innermost needs and make them alienated. The main objective of the present paper is to strive to improve the qualitative aspect of home by directing and harmonizing the holy and the highest desires and requirements. After familiarizing the reader with the concept of residence and the element of altruism, the paper seeks to achieve the true understanding of the qualitative aspect of home through a short review of literature in the field. In this regard, the qualitative aspects of home are divided into social, cultural, emotional, spiritual and physical aspects. Human being by nature has a tendency to perfection. One of these desires is the element of altruism, which will be explained in the present paper. Considering this goal, the way of the altruistic element will be elaborated.
