fa مسکن موقت پس از زلزله مبتنی بر مصالح بومی ایران؛ نگاهی دوباره به عوامل و مسائل Temporary Housing After the Earthquake Based on Indigenous Iranian Materials; Another look at the actants and Issues تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <table align="right" class="MsoTableGrid" dir="rtl" style="border-collapse:collapse; border:none"> <tbody> <tr> <td style="border-bottom:2px double black; width:486px; padding:0in 7px 0in 7px; height:147px; border-top:2px double black; border-right:none; border-left:none" valign="top">هدف: با توجه به لرزه‌خیزی گسترده‌ اکثر مناطق ایران و لزوم توجه به کفایت فرهنگی، بکارگیری مسکن موقت مبتنی بر مصالح بومی، دربرگیرنده‌ مؤلفه‌های شناخته و ناشناخته از جمله مؤلفههای انسانی، غیرانسانی و گفتمانی پیچیده و متنوع، و نیازمند مطالعه عمیق جهت شناسایی و تحلیل روابط حساس و پیچیده میان مؤلفه‌هاست. بر این اساس هدف این پژوهش، شناسایی مهمترین عوامل مؤثر بر بکارگیری مسکن موقت پس از زلزله مبتنی بر مصالح بومی ایران است. روش پژوهش: به دلیل موقعیت پیچیده پژوهشی از روش تحلیل موقعیت و دو طریق متفاوت برای جمع‌آوری داده‌ها - گزینشی و مجموعه‌نگری در سه پایگاه داخلی و بین‌المللی(چهار دسته مجزا)- استفاده شده‌&zwj;‌است. در این روش با استفاده از ابزارهای روش تحلیل موقعیت، ضمن پالایش داده‌ها بر اساس تم‌های شناسایی‌شده، ترسیم نقشه‌های متوالی موقعیت و ارتباطی، با استفاده از نرم‌افزار مکس‌کیودی‌ای، و تحلیل و حک و اصلاح مقوله‌ها به کمک نرم‌افزار اکسل در هر بخش، تا نهایی‌کردن مقوله‌ها (اشباع نظری) ادامه‌یافته و <a name="_Hlk216001668">پس از تجمیع و حک و اصلاح مؤلفه‌های حاصل از ادغام چهار نقشه موقعیت نهایی، نقشه موقعیت کل حاصل‌گردید. سپس استحصال عوامل موقعیت به کمک تحلیل محتوایی زیرمقوله‌های مشارکت‌کننده در هر عامل(تعامل و گفتمان)، صورت گرفته‌است.</a> ی<a name="_Hlk216003897">افته‌ها</a> :  نقشه موقعیت کل مبتنی بر 10مقوله‌ نهایی موقعیت، و تفکیک و اختصاص مقوله‌ها و مؤلفه‌های موقعیت به 10 عامل تشکیل‌دهنده موقعیت، به ترسیم نقشه جهان‌ها و عرصه‌ها منجر شد. سپس مدل پارادایمی (زمینه‌ای) بر اساس تعیین مقوله محوری" مسکن موقت پس از زلزله مبتنی بر مصالح بومی ایران" و تفکیک محتوایی زیرمقوله‌های 10 عامل در پنج گروه" شرایط زمینه‌ای"[مؤلفه‌های مکانی/ فضایی و عوامل/عناصر غیرانسانی]،"شرایط علی"[عناصر سیاسی/اقتصادی، کنشگران/عناصر انسانی خاص و  عوامل/کنشگران خاموش]، "شرایط مداخله‌گر"[گفتمانهای مرتبط (تجارب/گزارش‌ها)]، "تعامل/فرآیندها" [برساختهای‌گفتمانی از کنشگران انسانی فردی‌وجمعی، عوامل/کنشگران خاموش و برساختهای گفتمانی عوامل غیرانسانی و "پیامدها" [عناصر/کنشگران جمعی انسانی و مؤلفه‌های نمادین/فرهنگی‌اجتماعی] بر اساس محتوای زیرمقوله‌های تشکیل‌‌دهنده عوامل، تحصیل‌گردید. نتیجه‌گیری: مهمترین عوامل مؤثر بر بکارگیری مسکن موقت پس از زلزله مبتنی بر مصالح بومی ایران، "برساختهای‌گفتمانی از کنشگران انسانی فردی‌وجمعی"، "برساختهای گفتمانی عوامل غیرانسانی"، "کنشگران/عناصر انسانی خاص"، "عوامل/عناصر غیرانسانی" و "عناصر سیاسی/ اقتصادی" می‌باشند که مقوله‌های دارای بیشترین فراوانی شامل "طراحی و برنامه‌ریزی ساخت"، "مدیران و سیاستگذاران"، "سکونت موقت"،  "فاکتورهای اقلیمی و زیست‌محیطی"،"افراد آسیب‌دیده (کاربران)" و "فناوری ساخت و اجرا"، در آنها شاخص شده‌اند. همچنین مدل زمینه‌ای تحصیل‌شده، دسته‌بندی عوامل حول مقوله محوری را وضوح می‌بخشد. </td> </tr> </tbody> </table> <table class="MsoTableGrid" style="border-collapse:collapse; border:none"> <tbody> <tr> <td style="border-bottom:2px double black; width:463px; padding:0in 7px 0in 7px; height:171px; border-top:2px double black; border-right:none; border-left:none" valign="top">Objective: Given the widespread seismicity of most regions of Iran and the necessity of  paying attention to cultural adequacy, usage of temporary housing based on indigenous materials includes known and unknown components, covering complex and diverse human, non-human, and discursive elements witch requires in-depth study to identify and analyze the sensitive and complex relationships between the elements. Over that background, The purpose of this research is to identify the main actants affecting the usage of indigenous Iranian materials in temporary housing after the earthquake. Method: Due to the complex research situation, this study used the Situational Analysis method and two different ways for collecting data – Selective Sources and Systematic Review search in three Academic Databases (four separated classes). In this method, after refining the data based on identified themes, mapping - coding and categorizing using Maxqda software - and Analyzing((tinkering, adding, deleting, organizing) elements using Excel software in each class, continued until the issues were finalized (theoretical saturation). Then, the elements resulting from the integration of the four final situational maps were combined and modified to yield the overall situational map. Afterwards the situational actants were extracted using content analysis (interaction and discourse) of the elements participating in each actant. Results: <a name="_Hlk216606849">The total situational map based on the 10 final situational issues, and the separation and assignment of situational issues and elements to the 10 situational actants, led to the drawing map of worlds and arenas. Then, a paradigmatic (contextual) model was obtained based on determining the "phenomenon" of "temporary housing after the earthquake based on indigenous Iranian materials" and differentiation the content of the subissues of the 10 actants into five groups of "contextual condition" [spatial/spatial elements and non-human actants/elements], "causal condition" [political/economic elements, actors/individuals and silent Actors/Actants], "intervening condition" [related discourses (experiences/reports)], " Interaction Strategy" [Discursive Constructions of Individual and/or collective human actors, silent agents/actors, and Discursive Construction of Nonhuman Actants[, and "consequences" [collective human actors /elements, and , Sociocultural/Symbolic Elements] based on the content of the subissues constituting the actants.</a> Conclusions: <a name="_Hlk216609217">“</a>Discursive Constructions of Individual and collective human actors”, “Discursive Construction of Nonhuman Actants”, “actors/individuals” “non-human actants/elements” and “political/economic elements” in order of  having the largest number actants, affecting the usage of temporary housing after the earthquake based on indigenous Iranian materials, witch the largest number of issues that make them up are, in order: ”Construction design and planning”, “Managers and policymakers”, “Temporary housing”, “Climate and environmental factors”, “Earthquake people (users)” and “Construction technology and implementation”.
