fa زیست‌بوم تاریخی ندوشن: بازخوانی مسکن چندخانواری و تولید اجتماعی فضا در ایران مرکزی The Historical Ecosystem of Nodoushan: A Reinterpretation of Multi-Family Housing and the Social Production of Space in Central Iran سکونتگاههای شهری و روستایی سکونتگاههای شهری و روستایی پژوهشي Research <table align="right" class="MsoTableGrid" dir="rtl" style="border-collapse:collapse; border:none"> <tbody> <tr> <td style="border-bottom: 2px double black; width: 486px; padding: 0in 7px; height: 147px; border-top: 2px double black; border-right: none; border-left: none; text-align: justify;" valign="top"> <table align="right" class="MsoTableGrid" dir="rtl" style="border-collapse:collapse; border:none"> <tbody> <tr> <td style="border-bottom:2px double black; width:486px; padding:0in 7px 0in 7px; height:147px; border-top:2px double black; border-right:none; border-left:none" valign="top">هدف: تبیین عوامل شکل‌گیری و تداوم مسکن چند خانواری در شهر تاریخی ندوشن (استان یزد) و رابطه آن با ساختار فضایی، اقتصادی و فرهنگی بافت از منظر «تولید اجتماعی فضا». روش پژوهش: این مطالعه با رویکرد کیفی و روش تحلیل مضمونی انجام شد؛ داده‌ها از طریق مصاحبه‌های عمیق با 9 سالمند باتجربه (سنین ۶۷ تا ۱۰۳ سال) از ساکنان بومی ندوشن که به اشباع نظری رسید و با جمع‌آوری و با نرم‌افزار MAXQDA 2020 تحلیل شدند. یافته‌ها: پنج مضمون کلیدی استخراج شد: ساختار خانه‌ها، اقتصاد و معیشت خانواده‌ها، روابط خانوادگی و اجتماعی، امنیت و احساس آرامش و شرایط بهداشتی و سلامت عمومی. یافته‌ها نشان می‌دهد که زندگی چند خانواری پاسخی هوشمندانه به سه چالش ساختاری محصوریت درون حصار (که توسعه افقی را محدود می‌کرد)، ناامنی تاریخی (مانند حمله دزدان در زمان قاجاریه چون ناصر خان و منصور خان)، و فقر اقتصادی مطلق بوده است. در این الگو، خانه از صرفاً «مأوا» به «شبکه‌ای از اعتماد، همیاری و سلامت جمعی» تبدیل شده است. فضاهای مشترک (حیاط، تنور، جوی آب)، اقتصاد غیر نقدی، سیستم بدلی در کشاورزی، اشتراک در منابع (مانند هیزم و الاغ)، و مراقبت گروهی از سالمندان و بیماران، از ویژگی‌های برجسته این نظام بوده‌اند. حتی مدیریت بهداشتی از طریق دست‌شویی‌های جداگانه برای تولید کود و نوبت‌بندی در حمام‌های عمومی در چارچوب این همبستگی تعبیه شده بود. نتیجه‌گیری: زیست چند خانواری در ندوشن الگویی فرهنگی و پایدار است و نمونه‌ای زنده از «تولید اجتماعی فضا» محسوب می‌شود؛ فضایی که ساکنان آن را نه از بالا و از طریق برنامه‌ریزی بیرونی بلکه از پایین و از دل هم‌زیستی تولید کرده‌اند. این یافته‌ها هشداری است در برابر سیاست‌های معاصر مسکن که خانه را به واحدی مصرفی و منفعل تبدیل کرده‌اند و تأکید می‌کنند که پایداری اجتماعی زمانی شکل می‌گیرد که فضا تولید شود، نه صرفاً ساخته شود. محدودیت اصلی این پژوهش، حجم نمونه کوچک و تمرکز آن بر یک نمونه موردی (ندوشن) است که تعمیم‌پذیری نتایج را به سایر مناطق با احتیاط مواجه می‌سازد.</td> </tr> </tbody> </table> </td> </tr> </tbody> </table> <div>Objective Housing in traditional Iranian societies was not merely a physical shelter but a socio-cultural system shaped by environmental constraints, economic conditions, and collective values. The historic city of Nodoushan in Central Iran provides a representative case of multi-family living within an introverted spatial structure. This study aims to reinterpret the pattern of multi-family housing in traditional dwellings of Nodoushan by focusing on the social production of domestic space and everyday practices of coexistence and cooperation. Method: This study employs a qualitative research approach based on field content analysis. Data were collected through in-depth, semi-structured interviews with local experts and elderly residents familiar with traditional housing patterns in Nodoushan. The interview data were coded and analyzed using MAXQDA 2020 software through thematic analysis to extract key socio-spatial dimensions of multi-family living. Results: The findings show that multi-family living in Nodoushan resulted from the interaction of physical limitations, economic necessities, and cultural values. Five main themes were identified: housing structure, household economy, social relations, spatial security, and public health. Traditional houses supported collective living through shared spaces, economic cooperation, mutual trust, and socially regulated practices of security and hygiene. Space was produced through social interaction rather than individual ownership. Conclusions: Traditional multi-family housing in Nodoushan represents a self-sustaining model of social sustainability based on cooperation and collective life. Housing functioned as a socio-spatial network rather than a mere physical structure.
