fa تاثیر تنگناهای ژئومورفولوژیکی زمین لغزش اندیکا بر سکونتگاه روستایی (نمونه موردی روستای چزی علیا شهرستان اندیکا) The impact of the geomorphological bottlenecks of the Andika landslide on the rural settlement (a case study of Chezi Alia village, Andika city) محیط کالبدی محیط کالبدی پژوهشي Research روستا، محیط زیست و تولید گروهی از انسان‌ها است که عمدتاً با تکیه بر توان تولیدی فضای زیستی خود، به تولید و بهره‌وری مشغولند و دارای جمعیت و امکانات کمتری نسبت به شهر است. ساخت‌وساز در مکان‌های ایمن جهت توسعه‌ سکونتگاه‌های روستایی جزء الزامات اساسی برای تعیین سمت توسعه و یا جابه‌جایی آن‌ها است. یکی از مهمترین خطرات طبیعی تهدیدکننده سکونتگاه های روستایی، خطر وقوع حرکات توده‌ای به ویژه زمین لغزش‌ها در سکونتگاههای روستایی می‌باشد. در این مقاله به بررسی موقعیت قرارگیری بافت کالبدی روستای چزی علیا که بر روی نهشته‌های لغزشی و دامنه‌های پرشیب استقرار یافته پرداخته شده است. این بررسی ها از طریق مشاهدات صحرایی زمین‌لغزش‌ها و مخاطرات موجود در روستا و تحلیل علل رخداد و اراه پیشنهادات جهت ایمن سازی صورت گرفته است. باتوجه به بررسی ها و مشاهدات میدانی، محدوده بافت کالبدی روستای چزی علیا دارای محدودیت ها و مشکلاتی از قبیل عدم وجود فضای فیزیکی مناسب جهت توسعه کالبدی آتی روستا، وجود مخاطره زمین لغزش فعال، وجود مخاطره تهدیدکننده سنگ افتان، دره های با شیب زیاد، نزدیکی به گسل فعال اندیکا و بستر نامناسب ژئوتکنیکی (بدلیل وجود مصالح زمین لغزش قدیمی) می باشد. لذا به منظور استقرار بهینه و جلوگیری از خسارات احتمالی مخاطرات بالقوه و بالفعل موجود در روستا، ایمن سازی روستا و تهیه نقشه پهنه های مجاز ساخت و ساز و لحاظ نمودن آن در طرح هادی ضروری بوده تا از خسارات احتمالی رخداد زمین لغزش و زلزله در روستا پیشگیری گردد.   The village is the environment and production of a group of people who are mainly engaged in production and productivity by relying on the productive power of their living space, and it has less population and facilities than the city. Construction in safe places for the development of rural settlements is one of the basic requirements for determining the direction of their development or relocation. One of the most important natural hazards threatening rural settlements is the risk of mass movements, especially landslides in rural settlements. In this article, the location of the physical tissue of Chezi Alia village, which is located on the landslide deposits and steep slopes, has been investigated. These investigations have been done through field observations of landslides and hazards in the village and analyzing the causes of the incident and providing suggestions for safety. According to the surveys and field observations, the area of the physical fabric of Chezi Alia village has limitations and problems such as the lack of suitable physical space for the future physical development of the village, the presence of the risk of active landslides, the presence of the threatening risk of rock fall, steep valleys, It is close to the active fault of Indika and the inappropriate geotechnical substrate (due to the presence of old landslide materials).
