fa ارزیابی تأثیرات مؤلفه‌های بهبوددهنده راندمان عملکردی فضا بر ارتقای رضایتمندی افراد؛ مطالعه موردی: خانه‌های دوره پهلوی اول شهر شیراز Evaluation of the effects of components improving the functional efficiency of space on improving people’s satisfaction; case study: houses of the first Pahlavi period of Shiraz معماری معماری پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;">مفهوم راندمان عملکردی فضا به میزان هماهنگی و هم‌نشینی عناصر مختلف فضا در کنار یکدیگر مرتبط است تا بتواند به خواست‌ها و نیازهای استفاده‌کنندگان از آن پاسخ داده و امکان انجام عملکردهای مختلف در بازه‌های زمانی متفاوت را داشته باشد که این موضوع در خانه اهمیتی خاص می‌یابد. از این لحاظ تلاش این پژوهش، دستیابی به طرح معماری و کاربردی است تا با‌توجه‌به مفهوم راندمان عملکردی فضا، فرایند کلی طراحی را در قالبی معمارانه هدایت نماید و سبب ایجاد معماری مسکونی مطلوب و درنهایت، ارتقای رضایتمندی افراد گردد. این پژوهش از بعد هدف، یک پژوهش کاربردی و از بعد روش جمع‌آوری اطلاعات، پژوهشی توصیفی غیرآزمایشی از نوع پیمایشی و موردی است؛ چرا که هدف نخست، اولویت‌بندی شاخص‌های معنایی مؤلفه‌های بهبوددهنده راندمان عملکردی فضا بر ارتقای رضایتمندی افراد در خانه‌های دوره پهلوی اول شهر شیراز و هدف دوم، مقایسه میزان اهمیت تأثیرات آن‌ها با حد متوسط است که یک پژوهش مقایسه‌ای نیز به حساب می‌آید. بر این اساس با عنایت به نامشخص بودن تعداد دقیق جامعه آماری، از روش نمونه‌گیری غیراحتمالی هدفمند بر طبق فرمول کوکران استفاده شده است که 384 نفر مورد پرسش قرار گرفتند. در ادامه، اطلاعات به نرم‌افزار"SPSS24" برای تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها انتقال یافت که به‌منظور تعیین نرمال بودن یا نبودن داده‌ها از آزمون کولموگروف اسمیرنوف؛ برای دستیابی به هدف نخست از آزمون ناپارامتریک فریدمن و نیز برای دستیابی به هدف دوم از آزمون T تک متغیره، استفاده گردید. نتایج نشان می‌دهند که همبستگی معنی‌داری میان راندمان عملکردی فضا و رضایتمندی افراد وجود دارد. بدین ترتیب باید اولویت‌بندی شاخص‌های معنایی مؤلفه‌های بهبوددهنده راندمان عملکردی فضا بر ارتقای رضایتمندی افراد در خانه‌های دوره پهلوی اول شیراز مدنظر معماران قرار گیرد تا تمهیدات لازم جهت نیل به معماری مسکونی مطلوب، قابل‌اجرا گردد. همچنین میزان اهمیت تأثیرات آن‌ها به‌طور معنی‌داری بیش ‌از حد متوسط است.  </div> <div style="text-align: justify;">The concept of functional efficiency of the space in the architecture is related to the degree of coordination and coexistence of different elements of the space together to be able to respond to the wishes and needs of users and the possibility of performing different functions at different time intervals, which is of particular importance in the home. In this sense, the research aims to achieve an architectural and practical plan to guide the overall design process in an architectural format according to the concept of functional efficiency of the space, and to create a desirable residential architecture, and ultimately, improve people’s satisfaction. This research is applied research in terms of objective and descriptive non-experimental and case study research in terms of data collection method. The first goal is to prioritize the semantic indicators of the components that improve the functional efficiency of space on improving the satisfaction of people in the first Pahlavi period houses in Shiraz, and the second goal is to compare the importance of their effects with the average. Accordingly, due to the uncertainty of the exact number of statistical population, purposive non-probability sampling method according to Cochran's formula was used and 384 people were interviewed. The data were then transferred to »<m:omath><m:ssub><m:ssubpr></m:ssubpr></m:ssub></m:omath><m:omath><m:ssub><m:ssubpr><m:ctrlpr></m:ctrlpr></m:ssubpr><m:e></m:e></m:ssub></m:omath><m:omath><m:ssub><m:e><m:r><m:rpr><m:scr m:val="roman"><m:sty m:val="p"></m:sty></m:scr></m:rpr>SPSS</m:r></m:e><m:sub></m:sub></m:ssub></m:omath><m:omath><m:ssub><m:sub><m:r><m:rpr><m:scr m:val="roman"><m:sty m:val="p"></m:sty></m:scr></m:rpr>24</m:r></m:sub></m:ssub></m:omath>« for data analysis, which was used to determine whether the data were normal or not from the Kolmogorov-Smirnov test. Friedman nonparametric test was used to achieve the first goal and univariate T-test was used to achieve the second goal. The results show that there is a significant correlation between the functional efficiency of space and satisfaction of people. Thus, the semantic indicators of the components that improve the functional efficiency of the space on improving the satisfaction of people in the houses of the first Pahlavi period of Shiraz should be considered by the architects so that the necessary arrangements can be implemented to achieve the desired residential architecture.
