fa ارزیابی تطبیقی الگوهای بومی - محلی مساکن روستایی در مقابله با طوفان‌های شن و ماسه؛ مطالعه موردی: روستای تمبکاء و کول شهرستان هامون Comparative assessment of the indigenous-local models of rural housing against sandstorms: The case study of Tembaka and Dehkol villages in Hamoun County سکونتگاههای شهری و روستایی سکونتگاههای شهری و روستایی پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;">جریان هوا در منطقه سیستان، تابع جهت، سرعت و تداوم حرکت بادهایی موسوم به «بادهای ۱۲۰ روزه سیستان» است. این بادها با جهت غالب شمال‌ غربی به جنوب شرقی در سکونتگاه‌های منطقه سیستان همه ساله از اوایل خردادماه تا اواخر شهریورماه در حال وزیدن است. در سال‌های اخیر باتوجه‌به تغییر اقلیم و خشک شدن دریاچه هامون در بالادست این سکونتگاه‌ها، میزان گردوخاک و حرکت شن‌های روان در مناطق مسکونی افزایش چشمگیری داشته است. دانش بومی نشان می‌دهد چنانچه رفتار و مکانیسم پدیده‌های طبیعی و به‌ویژه طوفان‌های شن و ماسه در سطح منطقه سیستان متناسب با طرح‌های فیزیکی - کالبدی شناسایی و اجرا گردد، فواید متعددی در ابعاد فیزیکی - کالبدی، اقتصادی و اجتماعی عاید ساکنان منطقه خواهد شد. پژوهش حاضر ازنظر هدف کاربردی و ازنظر شیوه اجرا، توصیفی - آماری است. جامعه آماری پژوهش را روستاهای تمبکاء و دهکول از توابع شهرستان هامون تشکیل می‌دهند که براساس آخرین سرشماری عمومی نفوس و مسکن، جمعیت آن‌ها درمجموع برابر با ۷۰۳ نفر معادل با 244 خانوار بوده است که با استفاده از فرمول کوکران تعداد 242 نفر به‌عنوان حجم نمونه انتخاب شده است. جهت تجزیه‌وتحلیل یافته‌های پژوهش از آزمون تی تک نمونه‌ای استفاده شده است. نتایج آزمون نشان داد که خشکی زیاد هوا (رطوبت کم) با میانگین 265/4 مهم‌ترین دلیل به وجود آمدن ماسه‌های روان در روستاهای موردمطالعه است. بیشترین اثر ماسه‌های روان در بافت‌های کالبدی سکونتگاه‌های روستایی بر ایجاد گردوغبار شدید در جهت بادهای غالب با میانگین 221/4 است. ساختن خانه‌های روستا در خارج از مسیر حرکت ماسه‌های روان با میانگین 228/4 مهم‌ترین راهکار مقابله با ماسه‌های روان در بافت کالبدی روستاهای موردمطالعه است. کشت درختان به‌خصوص درخت گز در ضلع شمالی اراضی با میانگین 275/4 مهم‌ترین راهکار اقتصادی مقابله با ماسه‌های روان در بافت کالبدی است. تخلیه ماسه‌های روان از کانال‌های اصلی با میانگین 787/3 مهم‌ترین راهکار زیرساختی مقابله با ماسه‌های روان در بافت کالبدی در روستاهای موردمطالعه است.  </div> <div>The air flow in Sistan Region depends on the direction, speed, and continuation of the winds known as the “120-day winds of Sistan”. These winds blow over the settlements of the region every year from the beginning of June to the end of September with the dominant direction from northwest to southeast. In recent years, there has been a notable increase in the amount of dust and sand transport in residential areas due to climate change and the drying up of Hamoun Lake upstream of these settlements. Identifying local knowledge and implementing proper responses to the behavior and mechanism of natural phenomena in Sistan, especially sandstorms, based on physical-structural planning can have several social, economic, and physical benefits for the residents of the region. This study is applied research with a descriptive-statistical methodology. The statistical population of the study consisted of Tembaka and Dehkol villages in Hamoun County. According to the latest population and housing census, a total of 703 people constituting 244 households live in these two villages. The sample population consisted of 242 individuals and the size of the sample population was calculated by the Cochran’s formula. The one-sample t-test was used to analyze the research findings. The results showed that the high degree of air dryness/low humidity (mean value=4.265) is the most important reason for the sand transport in the studied villages. The most tangible effect of the sand transport on the physical structure of the rural settlements is the formation of heavy dusts in the direction of the prevailing winds (mean value=4.221). Building houses outside the movement path of sand with the mean value of 4.228 is a key strategy to deal with sand transport in the region. Planting trees, especially tamarisk (Gaz), in the northern side of the lands (mean value=4.275) is the most important economic strategy to deal with the problem.
