fa دستیابی به الگوی طراحی مسکن روستایی؛ مطالعۀ موردی: روستای طزره دامغان Achieving the Rural Housing Design Model; Case study: Tazareh Village in Damghan سکونتگاههای شهری و روستایی سکونتگاههای شهری و روستایی پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;">معماری روستایی ایران به‌لحاظ ماهیت کارکردی و پاسخ‌گو‌بودن به نیازهای انسانی، مجموعه‌ای همگن را با هویت کالبدی خاص تشکیل می‌دهد که هویت آن از مفهوم سکونت و شیوۀ زیست در روستا نشئت می&lrm;گیرد. با ورود تکنولوژی به عرصۀ زندگی روستایی و تغییرات ساختار اجتماعی و اقتصادی، الگوی معماری مسکن روستایی دستخوش دگرگونی و تحول گردیده است و امروزه اکثر خانه‌های روستایی با شرایط اقلیمی و زیستی و سبک زندگی روستایی متناسب نیستند<a name="_Hlk77752077">. در این میان، معماری بومی و اصیل روستایی ارزش‌های پایداری </a>دارد که می‌تواند پس از شناسایی و تحلیل، به‌عنوان الگویی مناسب در طراحی مسکن امروزی روستا استفاده شوند. از‌این‌رو، هدف اصلی پژوهش حاضر، دستیابی به الگوی طراحی مسکن روستایی است. این پژوهش از لحاظ هدف، کاربردی و از لحاظ روش، توصیفی‌تحلیلی است. برای این منظور، پس از مطالعۀ منابع کتابخانه‌ای در حوزۀ مسکن روستایی، ابتدا عوامل مؤثر در شکل‌گیری مسکن روستایی مشخص شده‌اند و سپس به‌وسیلۀ مطالعات میدانی، در روستای طزره دامغان بررسی شده‌اند. نتایج پژوهش نشان می‌دهند در روستای طزره، عوامل اقتصادی و نوع معیشت خانواده در مساحت و تعداد ریزفضاهای توده و حیاط و ورودی تأثیرگذارند و وجود فضای معیشتی طویله، امکان انعطاف‌پذیری مسکن روستایی را در گذر زمان فراهم کرده است. همچنین عوامل اجتماعی و فرهنگی در فرم نما، سلسله‌مراتب ورودی، نحوۀ قرارگیری توده نسبت به حیاط و تعداد خانوارهای ساکن یک خانه مؤثرند. عوامل محیطی حاکم بر روستای طزره نیز در جهت‌گیری توده، شکل‌گیری پلکانی توده و حیاط، تعداد و وسعت بازشوها، تعداد طبقات، حوزه‌بندی فضاها و نوع مصالح تأثیرگذارند. در ادامه، پنج الگوی شاخص مسکن روستای طزره معرفی شده‌اند و سپس مشخصه‌های کالبدی‌عملکردی در ریزفضاها و اجزای معماری این الگوها تحلیل گردیده‌اند. در نهایت، با تحلیل الگوهای شاخص معماری قدیم روستای طزره، استخراج الگو در قالب چهارچوبی کالبدی‌عملکردی ارائه شده است که با توجه به محیط اقلیمی روستا و نظام اجتماعی و اقتصادی روستاییان است و می‌تواند برای طراحی مسکن معاصر روستا استفاده شود.</div> <div style="text-align: justify;">In terms of functionality and being responsive to human needs, the rural architecture of Iran forms a homogeneous complex with a specific physical identity derived from the concept of habitation and lifestyle in the village. With the advent of technology in rural life and changes in social and economic structure, the pattern of rural housing architecture has faced change and transformation, and today most rural houses are not adapted to climatic and biological conditions and rural lifestyle. Meanwhile, vernacular and authentic rural architecture has sustainable values that can be used after being identified and analyzed as a suitable design model for modern rural housing. Therefore, the main purpose of this study is to achieve a design model for rural housing. This applied research uses a descriptive-analytical method. To this end, after studying the library resources in rural housing, first, factors affecting the formation of rural housing have been identified and then have been explored in the village of Tazareh in Damghan through field studies. The results show that in Tazareh village, economic factors and family livelihood affect the area and number of micro-spaces of the yard, and entrance, and the barn space has provided the possibility of the flexibility of rural housing over time. Moreover, social and cultural factors also affect the façade’s form, the entrance hierarchy, the location of the mass in relation to the yard and the number of households living in a house. Environmental factors of Tazareh village also affect the orientation of the mass, the formation of the stepped mass and yard, the number and the width of openings, the number of floors, the zoning of spaces and the type of materials. Next, five main models of housing of Tazareh village are introduced and then the physical-functional characteristics in the micro-spaces and architectural components of these models are analyzed.
