fa مسکن بومی و شیوه سکونت در حاشیه رودخانه سرباز بلوچستان سکونتگاههای شهری و روستایی سکونتگاههای شهری و روستایی پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="line-height:2;"><span style="font-family:B Lotus;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">رودخانه سرباز یکی از رودهای مهم در بلوچستان ایران است که از کوه‌های جنوب ایرانشهر سرچشمه گرفته و در جهت شمالی- جنوبی به‌سمت دریای عمان جریان دارد. در حاشیه این رودخانه آبادی‌های متعددی از جمله انزا، پتان، پشامگ، فیروزآباد، راسک و غیره شکل گرفته‌است؛ مسکن در این ناحیه تحت تأثیر عوامل متعدد ازجمله فرهنگ، محیط، اقلیم و شرایط اقتصادی و نوع معیشت، برای جوابگویی به نیازهای مردم این منطقه با توجه به شرایط و امکانات، با مصالح متنوع و در دسترس، در طول زمان شکل گرفته‌‌است. این مقاله در پی جواب دادن به این سؤالات است که عوامل مؤثر در شکل‌گیری مسکن بومی حاشیه رودخانه سرباز چه می‌باشند؟ مسکن بومی این ناحیه چه ویژگی‌ها و قابلیت‌هایی دارد؟ و بر این فرضیه استوار است که مسکن بومی حاشیه رودخانه سرباز دارای قابلیت‌هایی است که می‌توان از این قابلیت‌ها در بهبود کیفیت مسکن امروز و آینده این ناحیه بهره برد. برای انجام این تحقیق از روش کیفی و مبتنی بر مطالعات میدانی و کتابخانه‌ایی استفاده شده‌است. هدف از این تحقیق، بررسی و شناخت عوامل مؤثر در شکل‌گیری مسکن بومی حاشیه رودخانه سرباز بلوچستان ضمن آگاهی و شناخت نسبت به قابلیت‌های مسکن بومی جهت ارتقای کیفیت مسکن امروز و آینده این ناحیه می‌باشد. گونه‌های مختلف مسکن ضمن داشتن نقاط ضعف و کمبودهایی، دارای قابلیت‌های متعددی می‌باشند. ازجمله تنوع در انتخاب مصالح، جوابگویی به نیازهایی مثل شرایط محیطی و اقلیمی، احترام به بزرگ‌ترها (مراقبت از سالمندان)، وجود سلسله‌مراتب، حفظ حریم خاص در مسکن، تکریم مهمان، چرخه‌ی مداوم حیات و امکان زیست نسل‌های متعدد در انواع مسکن، امکان تغییر و تحول در طول زمان متناسب با نیاز خانواده، امکان جایگزینی فضاهای جدید به‌جای فضاهای فرسوده‌ی قدیمی و غیره، قابلیت‌هایی در مسکن حاشیه رودخانه سرباز هستند که در مسکن امروزی کمتر دیده می‌شود یا طراحان به آن کمتر توجه دارند.</span></span></span><br> &nbsp;<br> &nbsp;</div> <div dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="line-height:2;">Originates from the mountains in the south of Iranshahr, the Sarbaz River is one of the most important rivers in Baluchestan, Iran, which flows in the north-south direction towards the ​​Oman Sea. Numerous settlements have been formed along this river, including Anza, Petan, Pashamag, Firoozabad, Rask etc. Affected by various factors such as culture, environment, climate, economic conditions and the type of livelihood, the settlements of this area has been formed overtime to meet the needs of residents according to the condition and facilities with a variety of available materials. This paper seeks to answer the following questions: what are the factors affecting the formation of indigenous housing in the Sarbaz riverbank? What are the features and capacities of the indigenous housing in this area? The research is based on the hypothesis that the indigenous housing along the Sarbaz River has capacities that can be adopted to improve the quality of housing in this area at present and in the future. In this research, a qualitative method based on field surveys and desk studies has been used. This study aims to investigate and identify the factors affecting the formation of indigenous housing along the Sarbaz River in Baluchestan while exploring the capacities of indigenous housing to improve the quality of housing of this area today and in the future. Different types of housing have some drawbacks as well as various strengths. The housing in the Sarbaz River highlights a number of qualities that are neglected in today&rsquo;s housing or overlooked by designers.
