fa بازشناسی مفهوم تاب‌آوری در حفاظت و توسعۀ یکپارچۀ روستایی؛ مطالعۀ موردی: روستای تاریخی مزار خراسان رضوی Recognizing the Concept of Resilience in Integrated Rural Conservation and Development; Case Study: Mazar Historical Village (Khorasan Razavi) سکونتگاههای شهری و روستایی سکونتگاههای شهری و روستایی پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;">فعالیت‌های انسانی طی پنجاه سال گذشته اکوسیستم‌های موجود در سرتاسر جهان را سریع‌تر و گسترده‌تر از هر زمان دیگری در تاریخ تغییر داده‌اند. این تغییرات ضرورت درک بهتر از نحوۀ مدیریت و سازگاری با تغییرات را نشان می‌دهند. بسیاری از چالش‌های مدیریت اکوسیستم‌های اجتماعی‌زیست‌محیطی که امروزه با آن مواجه شده‌ایم، با فرآیندهای پویا مرتبط‌اند. روستاها نمونه‌ای بارز از این اکوسیستم‌ها هستند که پیوسته دستخوش تغییرات می‌شوند. این شرایط نه‌تنها ضرورت بازنگری در تعاملات انسان و محیط را در سطح وسیع مطرح می‌نمایند، بلکه ضرورت نحوۀ مداخله و چگونگی مدیریت اکوسیستم‌هایی را که به رفاه انسان بستگی دارد نیز مدنظر قرار می‌دهند. روستای مزار به‌عنوان یک اکوسیستم فعال در زمان حاضر شناخته می‌شود؛ چراکه نشانه‌های پیوند جامعۀ روستایی با محیط طبیعی تا حدودی در آن مشاهده می‌شود و خدمات اکوسیستم نیز کم‌وبیش به این چرخه وابسته‌اند. این تحقیق به‌منظور کمک به شناسایی تغییرات و هدایت تحول مطلوب سیستم روستای مزار، بدون به‌خطرانداختن یکپارچگی سیستم، با استفاده از رویکرد تاب‌آوری طراحی شده است. در واقع چگونگی دستیابی به نحوۀ مداخله و مدیریت روستای مزار به‌عنوان یک اکوسیستم پویا در این تحقیق مدنظر است. در اینجا با استفاده از روش کیفی مفاهیم و مؤلفه‌های تاب‌آوری روستا ارزیابی و تحلیل شده‌اند تا روشی جایگزین برای تفکر و شیوۀ مدیریت آن فراهم شود. در این تحقیق، داده‌های آماری از سازمان‌های مربوطه به‌جهت شناسایی وضعیت کنونی روستا بررسی و تحلیل شده‌اند و مصاحبه‌های عمیق از افراد بومی جهت ارزیابی مؤلفه‌های تاب‌آوری انجام شده‌اند. ابزار پژوهش شامل داده‌های آماری موجود و مصاحبه بر اساس مؤلفه‌های تاب‌آوری بوده‌اند که میزان تغییرات و نحوۀ گذار سیستم را مبنی بر میزان اهمیت مؤلفه‌هایی، همچون تنوع، مدولار، ذخایر، بازخوردها، پیچیدگی، نظارت، اعتماد و رهبری تعیین می‌نمایند. در بررسی‌های انجام‌شده با استفاده از ساختار و سرمایۀ انساتی موجود در روستا می‌توان برخی از مؤلفه‌های تاب‌آوری را که مغفول مانده‌اند، تقویت نمود و در نهایت به جامعه‌ا‌ی تاب‌آوری در روستای مزار دست پیدا کرد.</div> <div style="text-align: justify;">Over the past fifty years, human activities have changed ecosystems around the world faster and more extensively than before. These changes indicate the need for a better understanding of how to manage and adapt to changes. Many of the challenges of managing the social-environmental ecosystems we face today are related to dynamic processes. Villages are a noticeable example of these ecosystems that are constantly changing. These conditions raise the need to reconsider human-environment interactions on a large scale and the need for how to intervene and how to manage ecosystems that depend on human well-being. Mazar village is a renowned active ecosystem today; since the signs of rural community connection with the natural environment can be traced, and more or fewer ecosystem services depend on this cycle. This research aims to identify the changes and guide the desired transformation of the Mazar village system, without compromising the integrity of the system, with a resilience approach. In fact, how to achieve the intervention and management of Mazar village as a dynamic ecosystem is considered in this study. Using a qualitative method, the concepts and components of village resilience have been evaluated and analyzed to provide an alternative for thinking and managing it. In this study, statistical data from relevant organizations have been reviewed and analyzed to identify the current situation of the village and in-depth interviews with local people have been conducted to evaluate the components of resilience. The research tools included available statistical data and interviews based on the components of resilience, which determine the rate of change and how the system transits according to the importance of components such as diversity, modularity, reserves, feedbacks, complexity, monitoring, trust, and leadership.
