fa واکاوی اثرات اجرای طرح هادی روستایی بر زندگی روستائیان مطالعه موردی: دهستان شیان Evaluating the effects of implementation of rural leader plan in the quality of life Villagers Case Study: Shiyan District محیط کالبدی محیط کالبدی پژوهشي Research پژوهش حاضر از لحاظ هدف کاربردی و بر اساس ماهیت توصیفی- تحلیلی است. رویکرد حاکم بر آن نیز از نوع کمی محسوب می‌شود. جامعه آماری پژوهش حاضر 13 روستای دارای طرح هادی دهستان شیان در شهرستان اسلام آباد غرب با 1710 خانوار می‌باشد. حجم نمونه با استفاده از فرمول کوکران 314 نفر ارزیابی شد. جهت بدست آوردن اطلاعات و داده‌های مورد نیاز از دو شیوه کتابخانه‌ای و میدانی بهره گرفته شد. به منظور جهت بررسی نهایی از پنج بعد در قالب 76 عامل بر اساس مطالعات کتابخانه‌ای استفاده شد. از طریق پرسشنامه‌های محقق ساخته، دستیابی به داده‌های مورد نیاز مقدور گردید. پراکندگی نمونه در روستاهای مورد مطالعه متناسب با تعداد خانوار هر روستا می‌باشد. جهت تحلیل داده‌های مورد نیاز از نرم افزار smart- pls3 بهره گرفته شد. نتایج نشان داد بیشترین بار عاملی برای معرف‌های ارتقای کیفیت شبکه معابر روستا با بار عاملی  (736/0) و کمترین بار عاملی برای ضرورت بهره‌گیری از انرژی‌های تجدیدپذیر (403/0) برآورد گردید. بیشترین مقدار t با 211/23در مدل ساختاری بین متغیرها، مربوط به متغیر طرح هادی و اثر اقتصادی بر زندگی روستائیان می‌باشد. مقادیر بدست آمده برای چهار بعد نشان می‌دهد، مدل ساختاری پژوهش از برازش مناسب و قابل قبولی برخودار است و شاخص‌های مربوط به سازه‌های برون‌زای مدل را پیش‌بینی می‌کند. در نهایت می‌توان بیان نمود اجرای طرح هادی بیشترین اثر را بر بعد اقتصادی زندگی روستائیان دارا بوده است. و با رویکردی چندبعدی، علاوه بر تغییر سیمای کالبدی روستا، به بازآفرینی ساختار محیطی، اجتماعی–فرهنگی و اقتصادی روستا پرداخته است.   The present research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-analytical in nature. Its methodological orientation is quantitative. The statistical population of this study comprises 13 villages with rural master plans in Shiyan District of Eslamabad-e-Gharb County, encompassing 1,710 households. Using Cochran’s formula, the sample size was estimated at 314 individuals. Data collection was conducted through both library and field methods. For the final assessment, five dimensions consisting of 76 indicators were derived from the library studies. Researcher-designed questionnaires were employed to obtain the required data. The distribution of samples across the studied villages was proportionate to the number of households in each village. Data analysis was performed using SmartPLS 3 software. The findings indicate that the highest factor loading corresponds to the indicator of improving the quality of rural road networks (0.736), while the lowest loading pertains to the necessity of utilizing renewable energy (0.403). The maximum t-value in the structural model, at 23.211, relates to the relationship between the rural master plan and its economic effects on villagers’ lives. The results obtained for the four dimensions show that the structural model of the study demonstrates an acceptable level of fit and adequately predicts the exogenous constructs. Ultimately, it can be concluded that the implementation of the rural master plan has had the greatest impact on the economic dimension of villagers’ lives.
