fa برخی معیارهای مکانیابی سکونتگاه‌های روستایی تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research عوامل و نیروهای گوناگونی در مکان گزینی و شکل پذیری سکونتگاه‌های روستایی دخالت دارند که باید در هر گونه مکانیابی سکونتگاه‌ها مدنظر قرار گیرد. گر چه به واسطه وضعیتهای اضطراری ممکن است برپایی مکان‌های جدید برای اسکان افراد و گروه-های انسانی آسیب دیده از سوانح و یا به علل دیگر، امری اجتناب ناپذیر جلوه نماید اما ایجاد و برپایی مکانهای جدید سکونت بایستی پس از بررسی راههای دیگر حتی المقدور آخرین شیوه اسکان به شمار آید. مکان یک سکونتگاه عبارت است از محل استقرار و برپایی آن بر سطح زمین. تصمیم گیری در انتخاب این مکان از سده ها پیش پیوسته در ارتباط با عوامل مکانی– موقعیتی چندی به انجام می‌رسید. برخی از این عوامل در طول تاریخ عبارت بوده اند از: - امکان امنیت و دفاع؛ - دسترسی به آب کافی و مناسب؛ - سهولت در دسترسی به سکونتگاه‌های دیگر و مکانهای مختلف دور و نزدیک؛ - دوری از خطر سیل و سیلاب؛ - وجود اراضی حاصلخیز قابل زرع؛ - دسترسی به مواد تامین کننده سوخت و مصالح ساختمانی. The various factors and forces have contributed on location of Rural Habitation and formation, which must be considered in all of the rural settlement location. Although owing to the emergency situations, the allocation of new sites for the residences affected by disasters or other reasons may seems to be as an inevitable action. Therefore, the construction and allocation of new residential sites, ultimately must be based on the conclusion that have come from reviewing the other options. The site of a habitation is known as the allocation and it's formation on the land.
