fa کنکاشی در نگاه روستاییان به عملکرد سازمان‌های درگیر با روستا مطالعه موردی: شهرستان بندرانزلی عمومى General پژوهشي Research باور روستاییان و رضایت آنان نسبت به عملکرد سازمان‌ها نقش مهمی در اشتیاق به ماندگاری در روستا و افزایش میزان تولید دارد. اما این نکته که رضایت روستائیان با توجه به چه متغیرهایی مطرح می‌گردد، نکته بسیار با اهمیتی است که در بیشتر اوقات نادیده گرفته می‌شود. چرا که صِرف دریافت نظر مساعد و یا نامساعد افراد به طور اعم و روستاییان به طور اخص از نحوه عملکرد سازمانها، نمی‌توان به قضاوت در زمینه میزان موفقیت عملکرد آنها پرداخت. چه بسا این اظهار نظرها صرفاً در نتیجه نحوه عملکرد این سازمانها نبوده و بیشتر جنبه شخصی داشته باشد. این مهم در روستاهای شهرستان بندرانزلی که به دلیل برخورداری از سطح بالای سواد (قریب به 90 درصد) که می‌بایست از سطح آگاهی نسبتاً بالایی نیز برخور باشند، مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است. هدف این بررسی نتیجه گیری در زمینه نحوه عملکرد سازمانها نمی‌باشد، بلکه قصد دارد زاویه نگاه روستائیان را در زمینه فوق مورد کنکاش قرار دهد. حاصل این بررسی موید این امر است که اظهار نظر روستاییان در اکثر مواقع صرفاً با توجه به منافع شخصی بوده وفاقد تصویر روشنی از مفاهیم پایداری و توسعه پایدار که اکثر برنامه‌ها سعی در عمل در چارچوب آن دارند، می‌باشد. The villagers' satisfaction and trust, concerning the performance of involved organizations, has great effect in raising their eagerness of staying at the village, and to increase the production rate at the same time, but the significant factors that effect the villagers' satisfaction are usually neglected. The public opinion in general and the villagers' views in particular with regard to the achievement of organizations, could not be considered as a final judgment, whether the result is satisfactory or not most of the judgments maybe due to personal interest, not as a result of their operation. For instance, a study was carried out in same villages of Bandar Anzali Township with high rate of literacy (nearly 90%) which bring a relatively high level of knowledge. The study was only targeting the views of the villagers concerning the above mentioned matter, not the performance of the related organizations.
