fa رهنمودهایی در طراحی محیط برای افراد مبتلا به آلزایمر عمومى General پژوهشي Research در طول قرن بیستم به علت کاهش نرخ تولد، توسعه بهداشت و بالا رفتن سن امید به زندگی با افزایش تعداد افراد سالمند در جهان مواجه هستیم. کشور ما نیز از این مقوله دور نیست و تعداد افراد سالمند در آن رو به افزایش است. دوره سالمندی چون دیگر مراحل عمر انسان، بخشی از زندگی است و هر فرد به ناچار آن را تجربه می کند، این دوره نیز مانند دیگر دوره‌های زندگی شرایط و خصوصیات خاص خود را دارد. در دوره سالمندی افراد با تغییرات و مشکلات جسمی، روحی-روانی مواجه می‌شوند. یکی از مشکلات و بیماریهای شایع در دوره سالمندی، بیماری آلزایمر می‌باشد که زندگی این افراد را بسیار تحت تاثیر قرار می‌دهد. می‌دانیم که محیط تاثیر بسیار زیادی در رفتار انسان و فعالیت‌های او دارد. ما می‌توانیم به کمک طراحی مناسب محیط، کیفیت حضور و حس اعتماد به نفس این افراد را در فضاهای عمومی و مکانهای خصوصی خود، افزایش دهیم. در این مقاله اصول و رهنمودهایی در طراحی محیط ارایه می‌شود که به کمک آنها می‌توان محیط را برای حضور ایمن، فعال و مستقل افراد با بیماری آلزایمر مناسب ساخت. During the 20 th century, all over the world, the population ratio of old people has been increasing due to the reduced birth rate and improved sanitary conditions and increased life expectancy. This is also true for Iran, in which the number of elderly people is increasing. Like all other stages of human life, old age is the stage that everyone will inevitably experience.
