fa وجوه مؤثر بر طراحی مسکن روستایی سکونتگاههای شهری و روستایی سکونتگاههای شهری و روستایی پژوهشي Research <p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify">مسکن روستایی تحت تأثیر شرایط زندگی روستایی دارای ویژگی‌هایی است که آن‌را از مسکن شهری متمایز می‌کند. پیمایش‌های انجام گرفته در واحدهای مسکونی روستایی ضمن بیان وجود ارزش‌های معماری، مبین ضعف‌هایی است که لزوم مداخله در این نوع معماری را طلب می­کند. در مراحل مداخله در مسکن روستایی حاکمیت تفکر تک­بعدی به جای تفکر جامع­نگر به‌دلیل عدم آگاهی طراح از برخی وجوه مسکن، ناکامی­هایی را به‌دنبال داشته است. به‌عبارتی برخی از ویژگی­های کالبدی مسکن ریشه در عوامل اقتصادی، اجتماعی، فرهنگی و محیط­زیستی زندگی روستایی دارند که در نگاه اول به‌ویژه برای افرادی که تجربه­ زندگی در روستا را ندارند به آسانی قابل تشخیص نیستند. نگاه سطحی به اجزای معماری خانه روستایی غفلت از توجه به ریشه­های پنهان معماری خانه را به‌دنبال آورده که در نهایت عدم توانایی در تحلیل و درک درست از کالبد را در پی داشته است. باید توجه داشت شناخت و درک فرایند تغییر در این ریشه­ها که در گذر زمان اتفاق افتاده و بر معماری امروز مسکن روستایی تأثیر می­گذارد، عامل مهمی در توان پردازش پاسخ به نیازهای امروز مسکن روستایی است. در حالت ایده­آل، اشراف طراح به همه­ وجوه مؤثر بر طراحی مسکن، شرط لازم برای مداخله­ صحیح در آن است. این تحقیق تلاش نموده است که تا حد ممکن، با مرور متون تخصصی به گردآوری وجوه مختلف مسکن روستایی از منظر صاحب‌نظران پرداخته و نیز وجوه جدیدی از مسکن روستایی را که حاصل چند سال مشاهده و تجربه‌­ کار میدانی نگارندگان است، ارائه نماید. به‌عنوان نتیجه، مجموعه­ نسبتاً کاملی از وجوه مؤثر بر طراحی مسکن روستایی ارائه می­شود. این مجموعه شامل وجوه اقتصادی، اجتماعی، فرهنگی، محیط زیستی و کالبدی مسکن است. جلب توجه طراحان مسکن به مجموعه­ مذکور، نگاهی جامع به مسکن روستایی را به‌دنبال داشته و گام مؤثری در بهبود نتایج حاصل از مداخلات در مسکن روستایی خواهد بود.</p> <p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify"></p> <p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify"></p> <p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify"></p> <p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify"></p> <p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify"></p> <p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify"></p> <p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify"></p> <p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify"></p> <p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify"></p> <p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify"></p> <p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify"></p> <p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify"></p> <p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify"></p> <p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify"></p> <p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify"></p> <p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify"></p> <p dir="RTL"></p> <p style="text-align: justify"></p> <table cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0"> <tbody> <tr> <td height="49"> <table cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" width="100%"> <tbody> <tr> <td> <div> <p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify"><strong><span dir="LTR">6</span></strong></p> </div> </td> </tr> </tbody> </table> </td> </tr> </tbody> </table> <p style="text-align: justify">Rural housing under the influence of rural life has features that distinguish it from urban housing. Surveys conducted in rural housing units by considering architectural values, reveal weaknesses that requires the intervention in this type of architecture. In stages of intervention in rural housing, the domination of one-dimensional thought instead of comprehensive one due to the lack of designer&#39s knowledge of some housing hidden aspects, have had some failures. In other words, some of skeletal characteristics of housing have roots in economic, social, cultural, environmental factors of rural life which are not easily detectable at first sight especially for those who do not have the experience of living in the countryside. Superficial glance at the rural housing architectural components has caused the hidden roots of housing architecture to be neglected and ultimately has been followed by the inability of analysis and understanding of the skeleton. It should be noted that understanding the process of changes in these roots that has occurred over time and affects the today&#39s architecture of rural housing, is an important factor to meet today’s needs of rural housing. Ideally, designer&#39s master of all aspects affecting the housing design is a prerequisite for proper intervention. This study has tried as far as possible, by reviewing the professional texts, to gather various aspects of rural housing from the perspective of experts and also present new aspects of rural housing which is the result of several years of authors’ fieldwork. The result is that, fairly complete set of aspects affecting rural housing design is presented. This set includes economic, social, cultural, environmental, and skeletal aspects of housing.
