fa مفهوم توسعه پایدار در محیط‌های روستایی حوزه کلانشهرها (مطالعه موردی کلانشهر تهران) عمومى General پژوهشي Research توسعه پایدار یکی از جامع‌ترین مفاهیم در همه زمانها است. اهداف توسعه پایدار در همه سطوح سازمان فضایی(محلی، منطقه‌ای و جهانی) مطرح است. حوزه‌های کلانشهری از جمله حوزه‌هایی است که بواسطه نظام متفاوت روابط مختلف سکونتگاهی و حضور و جریان نیروهای مختلف نشات گرفته از قطب کلانشهری، سیمایی متفاوت را به کانونهای روستایی خود بخشیده است؛ شهر تهران علاوه بر سطح ملی، در سطح منطقه‌ای و ناحیه‌ای نیز بالاترین تعداد و تنوع کارکردها را دارد و بعنوان مکان مرکزی برتر، ارائه کننده کالاها و خدمات مختلف به شهرها و روستاهای اطراف حوزه‌اش می‌باشد. بدین ترتیب بنظر می‌رسد جهت کاهش آثار غیراصولی شهرها بر نواحی روستایی و تضمین منافع اقتصادی، اجتماعی و محیطی هر یک، تأکید بر رویکرد مدیریت توسعه پایدار امری اجتناب ناپذیر تلقی می‌گردد. بنابراین طبق یافته‌های پژوهش در مجموع، از آن جا که بروز تحولات اقتصادی، اجتماعی، فرهنگی و فضایی- کالبدی و شکل گیری کارکردهای جدید در نواحی روستایی اطراف تهران بصورت خودجوش و فاقد هرگونه حرکت برنامه ریزی شده بوده است, آثار و پیامدهای نامطلوبی هم بر شهر تهران و هم بر نواحی اطراف آن بر جای گذاشته است که به همین دلیل کنترل و هدایت تحولات در نواحی اطراف تهران در راستای توسعه یکپارچه و پایدار نواحی شهری و روستایی از طریق تهیه و اجرای طرح‌های ساماندهی ضروری می‌باشد. One of the most comprehensive concept in all time is sustainable development. Objectives of sustainable development at all spatial levels (local, regional, and global) is considered. Metropolitan areas, including areas that due to different systems of residency, their relationships and various forces which originating from the metropolitan hub has given different physiognomic to its rural centers. Tehran's location at the regional level in addition to the national level also has the highest number of functions, in provision of goods and services to other cities around itself. Thus, it seems that to reduce the effects of non doctrinaire cities to rural areas and also to guarantee the economic, social and environmental interest for each of them, emphasis on sustainable management approach which is inevitable. Therefore, according to the findings in general, where there is incidence of economic, social, cultural and physical transformation, the anatomical functions of new rural areas around Tehran as spontaneous creats, which have undesirable effects on city of Tehran and its souronding areas.
