fa پایش سکونتگاه‌های روستایی پراکنده و کوچک در راستای طرح‌های ساماندهی؛ مورد مطالعه دهستان شوسف شهرستان نهبندان سکونتگاههای شهری و روستایی سکونتگاههای شهری و روستایی پژوهشي Research <p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify;">توسعه در هر سرزمینی، در صورتی امکان‌پذیر خواهد بود که به تمامی جوامع توجه خاص بشود<span dir="LTR">.</span> جامعه روستایی و به‌ویژه روستاهای پراکنده از این گونه‌اند. روستاهای پراکنده و کوچک، از لحاظ شاخص‌های توسعه انسانی معمولاً در وضعیت پایینی قرار دارند و همین امر بررسی وضعیت اقتصادی و اجتماعی و ارائه یک رویکرد اساسی برای ارائه خدمات و ساماندهی<span dir="LTR">‌</span> آن‌ها را ضرورت می‌بخشد. در این تحقیق دهستان شوسف از شهرستان نهبندان مورد مطالعه قرار گرفته است‌ که در کمربند مرزی شرق کشور قرار گرفته‌ و دارای سکونتگاه‌های کوچک با وضعیت نامطلوب فرهنگی و اقتصادی است. لذا هدف‌ این مقاله بررسی موانع و راهکارهای فرا روی انجام طرح تجمیع سکونتگاه‌های روستایی پراکنده و کوچک دهستان شوسف &nbsp;از لحاظ ابعاد اقتصادی, اجتماعی و زیستی می‌باشد. تحقیق حاضر به‌لحاظ هدف، کاربردی و بر‌اساس ماهیت و روش، توصیفی-تحلیلی است. جامعه مورد مطالعه117 خانوار و حجم نمونه،80 خانوار تعیین گردید. به‌منظور تجزیه و تحلیل داده<span dir="LTR">&shy;</span>های آماری و تعیین سطوح معنا<span dir="LTR">&shy;</span>داری بین متغیرها از آزمون‌های <span dir="LTR">&nbsp;t</span>‌تک نمونه&shy;ای و آنالیز واریانس یک طرفه (<span dir="LTR">ANOVA</span>)‌ استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد که وضعیت اجتماعی- فرهنگی سکونتگاه‌های مورد مطالعه دارای نمره&shy;ای برابر با 901/1و از حیث شرایط اقتصادی دارای نمره 2/1و میانگین شرایط زیرساختی این سکونتگاه‌ها 59/1 به‌دست آمد که مؤید وجود ضعف از این منظر می‌باشد. در کل بر‌اساس نتایج آنالیز استنباطی آزمون‌ها می‌توان اظهار داشت که شرایط اجتماعی- فرهنگی سکونتگاه‌های روستایی پراکنده و کوچک در سطح نامطلوبی قرار دارد. موانع پیش روی پروسه ساماندهی روستاهای کوچک و پراکنده از دیدگاه روستائیان به‌طور عمده شامل وجود ظرفیتی اقتصادی - تولیدی (هر چند&nbsp; محدود) در فضای سکونتگاه‌های کنونی و عدم رغبت روستائیان به ترک و رهاسازی آن می‌باشد.</p> <p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify;"></p> <p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify;"></p> <p dir="RTL"></p> <p style="text-align: justify;">Sound development is only possible when equal opportunities are provided for all the communities within the developing territory. Small communities of dispersed rural settlements are no exceptions to this rule. However, human development indices in scattered&nbsp; small villages usually are usually very low.Therfore, in order to allocate proper funding and development resolutions, the study of economic and social situation in these settlements is of utmost importance. In this paper, thedistrict of Shusf in Nehbandan county, near the eastern borders of Iran with Afghanistan, has been studied. Shusf is comprised of small distant settlements with unfavorable social and economic conditions.The aims of this study were to reveal the social, economic obstacles to the Settlement Integration Program from the point of view of the inhabitants in these rural areas. The method chosen for this applied research is descriptive and analytical in consecutive steps. The&nbsp; study population&nbsp; consisted of 117&nbsp; households, and sample size of 80 households. The one-sample t-tests and analysis of variance (ANOVA) was used to analyze statistical data and to determine the significant levels among the variables. Results showed that the social &ndash; cultural factors within these settlements&nbsp; have a 1.901 score and economic factors have a&nbsp; 1.2 score. The mean point&nbsp; of infrastructural conditions in these settlements obtained 1.59&nbsp; which indicates a serious weakness.
