fa ارزیابی طرح ساماندهی فضایی و سکونتگاه‌های روستایی (موردمطالعه: بخش مرکزی شهرستان همدان) سکونتگاههای شهری و روستایی سکونتگاههای شهری و روستایی پژوهشي Research <span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" mitra="" style="font-family:">هدف:</span></span></b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" mitra="" style="font-family:"> روستاها به‌عنوان بخش مهمی از ساختار اجتماعی و اقتصادی کشورها با چالش‌های فراوانی روبرو هستند. در این میان، توسعه منطقی زیرساخت‌ها و خدمات عمومی، عاملی بالقوه برای دستیابی به اهداف چندمنظوره توسعه پایدار روستایی است. ازاین‌رو، هدف پژوهش حاضر، ارزیابی نظام طبقه‌بندی خدمات روستایی در بخش مرکزی شهرستان همدان است. بدین ترتیب، هدف پژوهش حاضر، ارزیابی نظام سطح‌بندی خدمات روستایی در بخش مرکزی شهرستان همدان است.</span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" mitra="" style="font-family:">روش تحقیق:</span></span></b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" mitra="" style="font-family:"> روش پژوهش توصیفی-تحلیلی است و اطلاعات موردنیاز با استفاده از روش‌های کتابخانه‌ای، نتایج سرشماری عمومی نفوس و مسکن، شناسنامه آبادی‌های استان همدان گردآوری‌شده است. همچنین ارزیابی طرح ساماندهی فضایی و سکونتگاه‌های روستایی براساس مقایسه میزان خدمات و کارکردهای عمومی و سطح بالا طی دو دوره 1385-1375 و 1390-1385 بوده است و از روش آنالیز لکه‌های داغ و نرم‌افزار سیستم اطلاعات جغرافیایی (</span></span><span dir="LTR" style="font-size:11.0pt">ARCGIS</span><span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" mitra="" style="font-family:">) جهت تحلیل فضایی الگوی میزان رشد و تهیه نقشه استفاده‌شده است.</span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" mitra="" style="font-family:">یافته‌ها:</span></span></b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" mitra="" style="font-family:"> نتایج نشان می‌دهد که طی دوره 1385- 1375 و 1390-1385 حوزه‌ها، مجموعه‌ها و منظومه‌های روستایی ازنظر کارکردهای عمومی و سطح بالا، رشدی بیشتری از روستاهای اقماری را داشته‌اند. وضعیت توزیع فضایی لکه‌های داغ تغییرات رشد کارکردهای عمومی و سطح بالا سکونتگاه‌های روستایی بیان می‌کند که سه منظومه همدان، مریانج و جورقان و چهار مجموعه ابرو، آبشینه، تفریجان و سلولان و حوزه‌های یکن‌آباد، انصار‌امام، ده پیاز، ارزان‌فود و ورکانه با معناداری 95 و 99 درصد و میزان </span></span><span dir="LTR" style="font-size:11.0pt">Z_Score</span><span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" mitra="" style="font-family:"> بالاتر از 30/0 بیشترین میزان رشد را طی دوره 1385-1375 داشته‌اند.</span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <b><span dir="RTL" lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" mitra="" style="font-family:">نتیجه‌گیری:</span></span></b><span dir="RTL" lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" mitra="" style="font-family:"> بنابراین می‌توان نتیجه گرفت که اهداف طرح ساماندهی فضایی و سکونتگاه‌های روستایی با توجه به رشد مراکز پیشنهادی، طرح دوره موردبررسی تحقق‌یافته است و این طرح توانسته است با افزایش کارکردهای عمومی و سطح بالا در مراکز مذکور نسبت به روستاهای اقماری، الگوی سکونتگاهی مناسبی را در محدوده مطالعاتی فراهم نماید.</span></span> <span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="line-height:14.0pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><b><span style="font-size:9.0pt">Objective</span></b><span style="font-size:9.0pt">: Objective: As an important part of the social and economic structure of countries, villages face many challenges. Meanwhile, the rational development of infrastructure and public services is a potential factor for achieving the multi-purpose goals of sustainable rural development. Thus, the aim of the present study is to evaluate the rural services classification system in the central part of Hamedan city.</span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="line-height:14.0pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><b><span style="font-size:9.0pt">Method</span></b><span style="font-size:9.0pt">: The research method is descriptive-analytical, and the required information was collected using library methods, the results of the general population and housing census, and the identity cards of Hamadan province settlements. Also, the evaluation of the spatial organization plan and rural settlements was based on a comparison of the level of public and high-level services and functions during the two periods of 1996-2006 and 2006-2011, and the hot spot analysis method and geographic information system software (ARCGIS) were used to spatially analyze the growth rate pattern and prepare a map.</span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="line-height:14.0pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><b><span style="font-size:9.0pt">Results</span></b><span style="font-size:9.0pt">: The results show that during the periods of 1996-2006 and 2006-2011, rural districts, complexes, and systems have grown more than satellite villages in terms of general and high-level functions.
