fa دستیابی به مدل مفهومی مبتنی بر معماری پایدار در مسکن بومی روستایی گیلان Achieving a conceptual model based on sustainable architecture in vernacular rural housing of Gilan معماری معماری پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;">هدف: این مقاله به بررسی تحول رویکردها و سیاست‌های نوسازی روستاهای بومی در گیلان از نخستین اقدامات در چهارچوب بازسازی تا بازآفرینی معماری پایدار می‌پردازد. تجربه نشان داده خانه‌های بومی در طول زمان برای رسیدن به کارایی بیشتر به اصول و الگوهایی دست یافته‌اند که به‌صورت پیدا یا پنهان در همه خانه‌ها تکرار می‌گردند و موجب می‌شوند به بهترین شکل با فرهنگ و اقلیم منطقه هماهنگ باشند، برخی از آن‌ها در محدوده مکانی یا زمانی بزرگ‌تر و برخی در محدوده کوچک‌تر استفاده می‌شوند. روش پژوهش: پژوهش حاضر متأثر از ماهیت پرسش پژوهش بر مبنای مطالعه اسنادی، کتابخانه‌ای و همچنین روش محتوا و استدلال منطقی تهیه و تنظیم شده است. در این مقاله دیدگاه نخبگان و اساتید اهل فن موردبررسی قرار گرفته تا عوامل مؤثر استخراج و طبقه‌بندی شوند. یافته‌ها: خانه‌های بومی در طول تاریخ از‌طریق تجربه و آزمون و خطا به الگوهایی دست یافته‌اند که به‌منظور بهینه‌سازی عملکرد به‌طور آشکار یا نهان در تمامی خانه‌ها تکرار می‌شوند. این الگوها موجب می‌شود که ساختار خانه‌ها به بهترین شکل با فرهنگ و شرایط اقلیمی منطقه هم‌راستا شود. برخی از این الگوها در مقیاس‌های وسیع‌تر و برخی در مقیاس‌های محدودتر مورداستفاده قرار می‌گیرند. در طول تاریخ خانه‌های بومی از‌طریق تجربه‌های عملی و فرایندهای تدریجی به الگوهایی دست پیدا کرده‌اند که به هدف بهبود کارایی، به‌طور آشکار یا ضمنی در ساختار اکثر خانه‌ها تکرار می‌شوند. این الگوها به‌گونه‌ای طراحی شده‌اند که بهترین هماهنگی را با فرهنگ و ویژگی‌های اقلیمی هر منطقه داشته باشند. برخی از این الگوها در مقیاس‌های وسیع‌تر به کار می‌روند درحالی‌که برخی دیگر در ابعاد کوچک‌تر و محدودتر استفاده می‌شوند. نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج حاصل از این پژوهش بیانگر آن هستند که رویکرد یکپارچه در بقیه روستاهای بوم گرا، کاربرد مفهوم مشارکت در همکاری ساکنین بومی، تأکید بر هویت محلی و حس مکان به‌عنوان مکان‌های خاص و عرصه عمومی سرزنده از اهم مؤلفه‌ها و معیارهای بازآفرینی روستاهای بومی با اولویت استفاده از معماری پایدار است.  </div> <div style="text-align: justify;">Objective: This article examines the evolution of approaches and policies for the renovation of indigenous villages in Gilan, from the initial reconstruction efforts to the sustainable architectural regeneration. Experience has shown that vernacular houses, over time, have developed principles and patterns that, either explicitly or implicitly, recur in all homes, enabling them to harmonize optimally with the culture and climate of the region. Some of these patterns are applied on a larger spatial or temporal scale, while others are used on a smaller, more localized scale. Method: Given the nature of the research questions, this study was conducted based on documentary and library research, as well as content analysis and logical reasoning. The perspectives of experts and scholars in the field were examined to identify and classify the influencing factors. Results: Throughout history, vernacular houses have arrived at patterns through experience and trial-and-error that are repeated, either explicitly or implicitly, in most homes to optimize performance. These patterns ensure that the structure of houses aligns in the best possible way with the culture and climatic conditions of the region. Some of these patterns are applied on a larger scale, while others are used on a smaller, more limited scale. Over time, through practical experiences and gradual processes, vernacular houses have developed patterns that, aimed at improving efficiency, are repeated explicitly or implicitly in most houses. These patterns are designed to achieve the best harmony with the culture and climatic characteristics of each region. Some patterns are applied on a broader scale, while others are used in smaller and more limited dimensions. Conclusions: The results of this study indicate that an integrated approach in other vernacular villages, the application of participatory concepts involving local residents, and an emphasis on local identity and sense of place—as distinctive locations and vibrant public spaces—are among the key elements and criteria for the regeneration of indigenous villages, with a priority on the use of sustainable architecture.</div> مدل مفهومی مسکن روستایی, معماری پایدار, معماری بومی, معماری روستاهایی گیلان.
