fa تحلیل و ارزیابی سرمایۀ اجتماعی گروه‌های خرد در راستای توسعۀ پایدار روستایی با رویکرد تحلیل شبکه؛ مطالعۀ موردی: استان خراسان رضوی، شهرستان باخرز Analysis and evaluation of social capital of micro-groups for sustainable rural development with a network analysis approach. Study area: Khorasan Razavi province, Bakharz county سکونتگاههای شهری و روستایی سکونتگاههای شهری و روستایی كاربردي Applicable <div style="text-align: justify;">اهمیت توسعۀ پایدار روستایی و نقش حیاتی آن در توسعۀ بیشتر کشورهای درحال‌رشد، بر کسی پوشیده نیست و به باور کارشناسان و دست‌اندرکاران امر تحقیق، این مهم بیش از هرچیز در گِرو برخورداری از سرمایۀ مناسب، به‌ویژه سرمایۀ اجتماعی از طریق مشارکت و اعتماد اجتماعی امکان‌پذیر است. هدف از پژوهش حاضر، تحلیل سرمایۀ اجتماعی به‌منظور توسعۀ پایدار روستایی در سه روستای شهید بهشتی و جیزآباد و مرادآباد از توابع شهرستان باخرز استان خراسان رضوی است که در آن، پروژۀ توان‌افزایی جوامع محلی عملیاتی شده است. جامعۀ هدف در این تحقیق 96 نفر (55 مرد و 41 زن) است که عضو گروه‌های خرد توسعۀ روستایی‌اند و در قالب 9 گروه شامل می‌گردد. در این مطالعه، میزان روابط اعتماد و مشارکت در شبکۀ ذی‌نفعان با استفاده از پرسش‌نامه‌های تحلیل شبکه‌ای و بر اساس مشاهدۀ مستقیم و مصاحبه با تمام کنشگران، همچنین توجه به سنجش شاخص‌های سطح کلان شبکه (از جمله تراکم، دوسویگی، انتقال‌یافتگی و میانگین فاصلۀ ژئودوزیک در دو مرحلۀ قبل و بعد از اجرای پروژه) بررسی شده است و بیانگر میزان اعتماد و مشارکت و سرمایۀ اجتماعی متوسط قبل از اجرای پروژۀ توان‌افزایی جوامع محلی است. پس از اجرای پروژۀ توان‌افزایی جوامع محلی، میزان این شاخص‌ها افزایش پیدا کرده و به‌حد مطلوبی رسیده است. سرعت گردش و تبادل اعتماد و مشارکت بین افراد، پس از اجرای طرح، در مقایسه با قبل از اجرای آن افزایش یافته و اجرای طرح، انسجام، اتحاد و همبستگی و همکاری بین افراد را بیشتر کرده است. ازاین‌رو، اجرای این پروژه، میزان اعتماد و مشارکت و سرمایۀ اجتماعی را افزایش داده است و در نتیجه، بسترهای اجتماعی موردنیاز برای تحقق مطلوب توسعۀ پایدار روستایی را فراهم کرده است.</div> <div style="text-align: justify;">The importance of sustainable rural development and its vital role in further development in evolving countries is evident today. According to experts and scholars, having appropriate capital, especially social capital through participation and social trust is the most important factor. This study aims to analyze social capital for sustainable rural development in the three villages of Shahid Beheshti, Jizabad and Moradabad in the Bakharz county of Khorasan Razavi province, in which the empowerment project of local communities has been implemented. The target population in this study consists of 96 people (55 men and 41 women) who are members of rural development micro-groups forming nine groups. In this research, the relationship between trust and participation in the stakeholder network is investigated using network analysis questionnaires and based on direct observation and interviews with all actors, as well as measuring macro-level indicators (including density, bidirectional, translocation and geodetic distance in the two phases before and after the project). It indicates the average level of trust, participation and social capital before the implementation of the local communities’ empowerment project. After the execution of the project, the level of these indicators has improved and reached the desired level. The speed of circulation and exchange of trust and participation between individuals has increased as well, and it has also improved cohesion, unity and solidarity and cooperation between individuals.
