fa معماری مسکن پس از پاندمی؛ درس‌هایی از کووید19 Post-Pandemic Housing Architecture: Lessons from Covid-19 معماری معماری پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;">همه‌گیری ویروس کووید19 همانند دیگر بحران‌ها بر زندگی ما تأثیر چشمگیری داشته است و به‌تبع آن، محیط مصنوع به‌منظور تطبیق با شرایط و نیازهای جدید دستخوش تغییر شده است. طراحی مسکن نیز باید با واقعیت جدید سازگار شود؛ زیرا کووید 19 اولین و احتمالاً آخرین اپیدمی نخواهد بود. در حال حاضر، ویژگی‌های فضایی مسکن از راهبردهای رعایت فاصلۀ اجتماعی، قرنطینه و ایزوله‌سازی، تهویۀ مطلوب و کنترل عفونت متأثرند که الگوهای جدیدی از زندگی و کار را به ما تحمیل کرده‌اند. پژوهش حاضر به‌دنبال پاسخ به این سؤال است که طراحی مسکن چگونه می‌تواند در شرایط همه‌گیری، از سلامتی و رفاه انسان حمایت نماید؟ این مقاله از رویکرد کیفی بهره گرفته است. پس از شناسایی مهم‌ترین راهبردهای کنترل خطر بیماری کووید19، از بررسی متون تخصصی موضوع، اقدامات و پیشنهادهای متخصصین در راستای مدیریت خطر آن سنجش شده‌اند. انتخاب نمونه‌ها در این تحقیق به‌صورت هدفمند و جمع‌آوری داده‌ها با استفاده از پرسشنامه انجام شده است. تحلیل داده‌ها با روش تحلیل مضمون و با استفاده از تکنیک‌های قالب مضامین و کدگذاری داده‌های کیفی به انجام رسیده است. از مجموع بررسی‌ها و تحلیل اقدامات و پیشنهادهای متخصصین در راستای هدف تحقیق، راهکارهای مدیریت خطر ویروس کووید19 در زمینۀ معماری مسکن شناسایی شده‌اند و در ذیل ده مقوله، در قالب مضامین چهارگانه تحقیق دسته‌بندی شده‌اند. از میان مقوله‌های مزبور، جداسازی فضایی به‌منظور قرنطینه و ایزوله‌سازی، تهویۀ طبیعی و نقش فضاهای باز و نیمه‌باز در کاهش خطر و پاسخ به بیماری، حوزه‌بندی فضاها برای کنترل عفونت و در نهایت، معیارهای طراحی به‌منظور پاسخ به عملکردها و تعاملات جدید در مسکن واجد بیشترین اهمیت شناخته شده‌اند. راهکارهای ارائه‌شده در این تحقیق به‌عنوان راهبردهای طراحی مسکن می‌توانند به جلوگیری و کاهش خطر بیمارهای همه‌گیر کمک نمایند و کیفیت زندگی را در شرایط تحمیلی جدید ارتقا بخشند.</div> <div style="text-align: justify;">Like other crises, the coronavirus epidemic has had a significant impact on our lives. As a result, the built environment has changed to adapt to new conditions and needs. Since Covid-19 is not the first and possibly the last epidemic, housing design must also adapt to the new reality. At present, the spatial properties of housing are impacted by social distancing strategies, quarantine and isolation, proper ventilation, and infection control, which have imposed new patterns of life and work. This study has used a qualitative approach to answer how housing design can support human health and well-being in an epidemic. After identifying the most important strategies for controlling the risk of the epidemic based on the literature review, the measures and recommendations of experts for its risk management have been discussed. Purposive sampling was done and data was collected through semi-structured questionnaires. Data analysis was conducted through the thematic analysis method and qualitative data coding. Based on the reviews and analyzes of the measures and recommendations of experts, Covid-19 risk management strategies for housing architecture were identified and then classified into ten categories in the form of four research topics. Spatial separation for quarantine and isolation, natural ventilation and the role of open and semi-open spaces in reducing the risk and responding to Covid-19 disease, space zoning to control infection and finally design criteria for responding to new functions and interactions in housing are identified as the most important categories in this research.
