Village Desirable Habitation

1- How have the rural and urban habitations situations been? 2- Is "village city" could be consider as different kind of habitation in the division of city and village habitation? 3- Among the total of 64911 small medium cities and large villages, which of them have more ability to fulfill a desirable habitation? At the present time, in total, there have been 1013 large to small cities and 64911 small medium and large villages in the country. The villages with historical and cultural characteristics and values are existed among them. Owing to the attraction of rural life with their habitation population have resulted an expeditious needs in the cities and rural system. The predominant consideration of architects and urban planners, directors, authorities and also the private and governmental facilities and capitals have directed tward them. All of them have struggled to realize their desirable and ideal habitations. Such concentration and considerations to cities have entailed the disesteem of 63898 small habitations potentials. Having consider the extensive spectrum of country's habitations have shown the existence of large rural habitations. The population in these settlements with some of their activities have remarkably social, economical and somatic potential facilities. These villages have possessed the relationship with smaller cities and villages as intermediate link among them. If their functions have determined and explained according to their potentials that they have, the desirable environments would formatted besides the equilibrium and exchange points of social and economical activities within the upper and lower level of habitations. This article has focused on special section of villages that have converted to desirable settlements with appropriate spatial and somatic circumstances in order to possess potential criterion and facilities. The first part of article will look at the situations of cities, villages and the special spectrum of villages that have such capability and determine among them. The second part of article is being allocated to the experts' theories with regard to the desirable and ideal cities and habitations' characteristics. Finally, it concluded with eight potential characteristics coincide to the presented views on desirable habitations that have been existed based on the field observations and understandings of large villages. If these characteristics have noticed, they would be upgraded the settlements to a desirable environments for the residents.
