Crisis management strategiess of the residential users in rural areas - cities (Sample: rural - urban Aslanduz, Ardebil province)

| In the history of human life natural disasters are unexpected and earthquake is the most destructive one. Iran is located on an earthquake belt and it really has a lot of faults, thus, active faults and earthquakes are inevitable in Iran. "Crisis management" is one of the most basic human activities to relief waste due to earthquake.
Type of this research is a "descriptive - analytic", in which data is based on gathering field studies. Therefore, with field harvesting of 35 qualitative and quantitative indicators of all parts of residential villages - City Aslanduz, and to apply Swot strategic, provides new strategies for crisis management of residential Aslanduz. As well operational priorities of suggested solutions are obtained by sing Analytical Hierarchy Process AHP. Eventually to identify priorities, operational guidelines, the average rank of the model is used.
The results show, In order to improve the current situation for rural residential - City Aslanduz in reducing damage caused by earthquake, Renovation projects in older tissues, supervision of involved organs in the construction, and urban structural, especially the Housing Foundation, to increase the economic potential residents of older tissues, Mandating the use of lightweight materials, and promoting the light-weighting culture, and raising awareness of residents in the use of durable materials, are the most important strategies which are priorities for better performance. |
