fa تبیین و رتبه‌بندی شاخص‌های ارزیابی پایداری اجتماعی در طراحی مجتمع‌های مسکونی؛ رویکردی آمیخته سکونتگاههای شهری و روستایی سکونتگاههای شهری و روستایی پژوهشي Research <span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span style="font-family:"B Mitra"">در سال‌های اخیر، پایداری اجتماعی به‌عنوان یکی از ابعاد کلیدی توسعه پایدار در علوم مختلف به‌طور عام و در طراحی معماری مجتمع‌های مسکونی به‌طور خاص موردتوجه پژوهشگران قرارگرفته است</span></span><span dir="LTR" style="font-size:11.0pt">.</span><span style="font-size:11.0pt"><span style="font-family:"B Mitra""> به‌رغم اهمیت موضوع پایداری اجتماعی در طراحی مسکن اما پژوهش‌هایی که بر ارزیابی این مهم متمرکزشده باشند معدودند و توجه کافی به این ناحیه از دانش صورت نپذیرفته است؛ لذا این پژوهش با رویکردی آمیخته و باهدف تبیین و رتبه‌بندی شاخص‌های ارزیابی پایداری اجتماعی در طراحی مجتمع‌های مسکونی صورت پذیرفته است</span></span><span dir="LTR" style="font-size:11.0pt">. </span></span></span></span></span><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span style="font-family:"B Mitra"">پژوهش حاضر در دو مرحله صورت پذیرفت</span></span><span dir="LTR" style="font-size:11.0pt">.</span><span style="font-size:11.0pt"><span style="font-family:"B Mitra""> در گام نخست با اتخاذ رویکرد کیفی شاخص‌های مذکور به‌صورت نظام‌مند با روش فراترکیب از پایگاه‌های داخلی و خارجی استخراج شد، سپس به‌منظور متناسب‌سازی با بستر پژوهش و حصول فهرست نهایی شاخص‌ها طی پیمایش صورت گرفته از خبرگان تحقیق، پالایش شاخص‌ها صورت پذیرفت</span></span><span dir="LTR" style="font-size:11.0pt">.</span><span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span style="font-family:"B Mitra""> در ادامه در بخش کمی، با استفاده از روش تصمیم‌گیری چندمعیاره بهترین - بدترین اقدام به وزن‌ دهی و اولویت‌بندی شاخص‌ها شد. </span></span></span></span></span></span><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span style="font-family:"B Mitra"">نتایج بخش کیفی 13 مفهوم را ذیل 4 مقوله با عناوین رضایت و مطلوبیت محیطی، آسایش، عدالت اجتماعی و سرمایه اجتماعی پدیدار ساخت. نتایج بخش کمی نیز نشان داد سرمایه اجتماعی، آسایش، رضایت و مطلوبیت محیطی و عدالت اجتماعی به ترتیب مهم‌ترین شاخص‌های ارزیابی پایداری اجتماعی در این پژوهش و از میان زیر شاخص‌ها ایمنی، امنیت، اعتماد اجتماعی، تعامل اجتماعی و حس تعلق به مکان پنج زیرشاخص برتر شناخته‌شده بودند. </span></span></span></span></span></span><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span style="font-family:"B Mitra"">نتایج این مطالعه می‌تواند بینش جدیدی برای طراحان در طراحی پایدار مجتمع‌های مسکونی ایجاد نماید. همچنین متولیان و سیاست‌گذاران بخش مسکن می‌توانند از نتایج این پژوهش در جهت ارائه دستورالعمل‌هایی برای طراحی و ساخت و ارزیابی مجتمع‌های مسکونی پایدار از منظر اجتماعی استفاده کنند.</span></span></span></span></span></span><br>   <span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="line-height:14.0pt"><span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-size:9.0pt">In recent years, social sustainability has attracted considerable attention as one of the key dimensions of sustainable development across various disciplines and, more specifically, in the architectural design of residential complexes. Despite the importance of social sustainability in housing design, studies focusing specifically on its assessment remain scarce, and this area of knowledge has not received sufficient attention. Therefore, the present study adopts a mixed-methods approach with the aim of identifying and ranking the indicators for evaluating social sustainability in the design of residential complexes.</span></span></span></span><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="line-height:14.0pt"><span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-size:9.0pt"> The present study was conducted in two stages. In the first stage, adopting a qualitative approach, the indicators were systematically extracted from domestic and international databases using a meta-synthesis method. To tailor the indicators to the research context and obtain a final list, they were then refined through a survey of experts. In the second, quantitative stage, the Best–Worst Method, a multi-criteria decision-making approach, was employed to weight and prioritize the indicators.</span></span></span></span><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="line-height:14.0pt"><span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-size:9.0pt"> The qualitative phase of the study revealed 13 concepts, categorized under four themes: environmental satisfaction and desirability, comfort, social justice, and social capital. The quantitative results indicated that, in order of importance, social capital, comfort, environmental satisfaction and desirability, and social justice were the most significant indicators for evaluating social sustainability in this study.
