fa ارزیابی اثربخشی اجرای پروژه مدیریت مشارکتی روستایی بر سرمایه اجتماعی جوامع روستایی: کاربرد تحلیل شبکه اجتماعی Evaluating the effectiveness of implementing the rural cooperative management project on the social capital of the rural community: application of social network سکونتگاههای شهری و روستایی سکونتگاههای شهری و روستایی پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;">هدف: هدف تحقیق حاضر ارزیابی اثربخشی اجرای پروژه مدیریت مشارکتی روستایی بر سرمایه اجتماعی جامعه روستایی در شهرستان گچساران، از‌طریق روش تحلیل شبکه است. روش پژوهش: در تحقیق حاضر میزان سرمایه اجتماعی شبکه از‌طریق روش تحلیل شبکه و شاخص‌های سطح کلان شبکه در روستاهای پادوک و آرو از توابع شهرستان گچساران استان کهگیلویه و بویراحمد که تحت پوشش طرح آبادانی و پیشرفت منظومه‌های روستایی است، سنجش گردیده است. در این پژوهش جهت سنجش سرمایه اجتماعی از روش تحلیل شبکه اجتماعی، تکمیل پرسش‌نامه تحلیل شبکه‌ای و مصاحبه مستقیم با اعضای صندوق‌های خرد توسعه روستایی و با استفاده شاخص‌های سطح کلان شبکه نظیر تراکم، دوسویگی، انتقال‌یافتگی و میانگین فاصله ژئودزیک استفاده شد. یافته‌ها: میزان شاخص تراکم در بین اعضای صندوق‌های خرد توسعه، در پیوندهای اعتماد و مشارکت بعد از اجرای پروژه افزایش ‌یافته است. افزایش میزان تراکم در افراد سبب توسعه اعتماد، مشارکت و سرمایه اجتماعی در سطح افراد می‌شود. دوسویگی پیوندها نیز در ابعاد اعتماد و مشارکت بعد از اجرای پروژه روند افزایشی داشته است. افزایش این شاخص باعث پایداری شبکه اعضای صندوق به میزان مطلوب شده است. میانگین فاصله ژئودزیک در پیوندهای اعتماد و مشارکت در دو روستا بعد از اجرای طرح نزدیک به عدد یک شد که نشان‌دهنده بالا بودن سرعت گردش منابع و اطلاعات در افراد بوده و اتحاد و یگانگی بالای افراد را بیان می‌کند. نتیجه‌گیری: برای ایجاد بسیج جامعه محلی، توانمندی اجتماعی و پایداری اقتصادی و اجتماعی جامعه موردبررسی و درنهایت استقرار مدیریت مشارکتی، ضرورت دارد که میزان سرمایه اجتماعی افزایش یابد که این عامل نیز فرصتی برای ایجاد ظرفیت در جهت مشارکت ایجاد کرده که تأثیر بسزایی بر روند مدیریت مشارکتی اجتماع‌محور در منطقه دارد.  </div> <div style="text-align: justify;">Objective: The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effectiveness of implementing a rural participatory management project on the social capital of the rural community in Gachsaran County. Method: In the present study, the amount of social capital within the network has been measured through the social network analysis method and macro-network indicators in the villages of Padouk and Aru, located in the Gachsaran district of Kohgiluyeh and Boyer-Ahmad Province, which is covered by the development of rural systems. In this study, social network analysis, a network analysis questionnaire, and direct interviews with members of rural micro-development funds were utilized, alongside the use of macro-network indicators such as density, reciprocity, transitivity, and geodesic distance. Results: Following the project’s implementation, the density index among the members of the micro-development funds has increased within the trust and participation links. Increasing the density among individuals leads to the development of trust, participation, and social capital at the individual level. The reciprocity of links has also increased in the dimensions of trust and participation after the implementation of the project. The increase in this index has rendered the fund members’ network stable to a desirable extent. In order to create mobility within the local community, achieve social empowerment and the economic and social stability of the studied society, and finally establish participatory management, it is necessary to increase the amount of social capital. This increase has also created an opportunity to build capacity for participation, which has a significant impact on the process of community-based participatory management in the region.
